Organically Gifted's products are available for delivery Monday to Friday throughout Canada if the order is placed before 1 pm EST. Gift sets are securely wrapped and shipped with your personalized message to the recipient via courier (Ottawa Region) or with Canada Post (Rest of Canada). If you wish to place an order for the US or International market, please contact us and special arrangements can be made.

Delivery is free on orders over $200 excluding GST and PST or coupons.

All products are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Delivery date is dependent upon the shipping option you choose during the checkout process.

• Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.
• Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
• The shipping charge for each order is dependent on each individual gift set and order destination. The shipping charge will be detailed in the shopping cart.
• Any changes that are made to the delivery address will result in an additional $10 fee (applies to orders that have already been processed for delivery).
• If an undeliverable item is returned to the shipping facility, you will be charged for all original shipping fees, any shipping costs incurred to return the product, and a 20% restocking fee.
• We hold no responsibility of bodily harm should any products contained in our gift designs cause allergic reaction in the gift recipient.
