It is easy to make a purchase at Organically Gifted. You can pay for your order with Visa or MasterCard through our website. Your credit card will be billed for your entire purchase including all shipping charges and taxes, where applicable.

If you do not wish to pay online, you can call us at 613-850-2057 and provide your credit card information over the phone. Long distance charges will apply.

PRICING
All prices on the website are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include the cost of shipping and or applicable taxes (GST/PST).

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
Organically Gifted aims to provide a high level of quality gift sets and customer service. We guarantee our service to customers and recipients by providing a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you, or your gift set recipient, are not completely satisfied with your gift, we will replace or refund your purchase.

RETURN POLICY
At Organically Gifted, your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 30 days and we will provide you with a full refund. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material. Once received, Organically Gifted will provide you with a full refund. In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

CONTENT
It is a top priority for Organically Gifted to ensure that all content on its website is accurate. However, at times product updates and price changes are required. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.

FIXING ERRORS OR MISPRINTS
We strive to prevent errors on our website. However, when we discover an error, we will fix it without notice. Organically Gifted reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Organically Gifted will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

In order to receive a free eco-friendly gift bag and gift card a pre-packaged gift set must be purchased.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We strive to keep all items listed on our website in stock; however if an item is no longer available or does not meet our quality standards, Organically Gifted may substitute out-of-stock items with an item of equal or greater value.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of your order must be received 24 hours before the day of delivery. This will result in a full refund less half of the amount for applicable inventory, handling and processing charges. Unfortunately, cancellations after 24 hours before the day of delivery can not be refunded.
