- 1. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORGANCIALLY GIFED'S GIFT SETS AND OTHER GIFT BASKETS?
- Every aspect of Organically Gifted's business is considerate of the environment. All products are purchased according to fair trade principles including all marketing and promotional materials. At Organically Gifted, we pride ourselves on creating unique, toxin-free, organic gift creations for all occasions that do not deplete our planet's natural resources. It is our belief that we can each make this earth a better place by eliminating the use of certain chemicals in everyday products.
- 2. WHY SHOULD I BUY AN ORGANIC GIFT SET?
- Not only will you sleep better at night knowing that you are purchasing a non-toxic, eco-friendly gift for your friend, loved one, or colleague, but you will also be helping support global environmental issues by donating to the David Suzuki Foundation every time you make a purchase through Organically Gifted.
- 3. HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR SUPPLIERS?
- All of our suppliers have been thoroughly researched and we only choose suppliers whose vision and mission support Organically Gifted's beliefs. We have established relationships with six key suppliers; Bare Organics, Earth Mama Angel Baby, Gaia Skin Naturals, John Masters Organics; Neal Brothers, and Mountain Path Organics.
- 4. ARE YOUR GIFTS PACKAGED WITH ORGANIC MATERIALS?
- All packaging materials used are made from recycled materials and/or are biodegradable and/or recyclable. This includes all promotional materials, including business cards, postcards, and gift cards.
- 5. HOW MUCH OF MY PURCHASE IS DONATED TO THE DAVID SUZUKI FOUNDATION?
- One percent of each purchase, before taxes, is donated to the David Suzuki Foundation.
- 6. CAN I CUSTOMIZE A GIFT BASKET?
- Absolutely! You can either choose the "Create Your Own" basket option from our website or you can contact us and we will custom create a basket just for you.
- 7. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CUSTOMIZING A GIFT BASKET?
- If you use our online option "Create Your Own" then there is no additional cost to you. However, if Organically Gifted is building a custom order for you, we charge an additional $10.00 fee to custom create your basket. These fees cover the extra time needed to assess your needs and build a gift set perfect for you.
- 8. DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE DISCOUNTS?
- Yes. Discounted corporate pricing is available. Contact us [link to contact us form] today for all of your corporate needs.
- 9. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
- We accept Visa or MasterCard. Corporate accounts may be invoiced after the completion of our account registration and by providing a credit card number as back-up for payment. Please call us to open a corporate account.
- 10. ARE YOUR PRICES IN CANADIAN DOLLARS?
- Yes, all our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- 11. WHAT TAXES DO YOU CHARGE?
- We charge 6% GST and 8% PST on all orders made from within Ontario. For all other provinces we charge only the GST at 6%.
- 12. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
- Absolutely! If you do not have access to the internet and/or would prefer to place your order over the phone, we would be happy to process your order. Call us at 613-850-2057 to place your order now.
- 13. WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF AN ITEM, WILL YOU SUBSTITUTE?
- We strive to keep all items listed on our website in stock; however if an item is no longer available or does not meet our quality standards, Organically Gifted will substitute out-of-stock items with an item of equal or greater value.
- 14. ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR GIFT SETS LISTED ON THE WEB?
- No. Prices quoted on our web do not include delivery or taxes. Delivery charges and taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, prior to submitting payment.
- 15. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO HAVE MY GIFT SET DELIVERED?
- The cost to ship your order is dependent upon the number of items purchased and the total weight and dimensions of your final cumulative order. Therefore, the cost for shipping varies depending on your order. All charges will be calculated and dispalyed during the checkout process, prior to submitting payment.
- 16. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
- We do ship outside of Canada and the US on a case by case basis. Please contact us to find out if we ship to your destination.
